Booking Terms & Conditions

All services booked on your behalf by Links of Ireland are done so as a booking agent. By confirming and paying a deposit to Links of Ireland you are agreeing to Links of Ireland terms and conditions and not those of the individual service providers included in your package.

Deposit Payment

To secure your golf package a 40% non-refundable deposit due on booking.

Balance Payment

60% balance due 120 days prior to start of package, and at which stage the entire fee paid is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payments will only be accepted in the currency that the package was quoted in.

Changes

Services reserved on behalf of client may be changed, subject to availability. Any additional fees arising will be discussed with client prior to any changes being made.

Cancellation

In the event a client requests to cancel all or part of a golf package, this must be done in writing by emailing travel@linksofireland.com. While payment terms are clearly outlined, Links of Ireland will endeavour to work with the client to recover fees for services cancelled, but this will strictly be at the terms, conditions and goodwill of our suppliers.

Insurance

Links of Ireland recommends taking out sufficient travel insurance at the time of booking. This is essential to cover fees lost in the event of cancellation, as well as any medical care required.
